SEOUL, 4th November, 2026 (WAM) — The Republic of Korea’s foreign reserves rebounded in October on increased foreign currency assets and management profits, the central bank said Wednesday.

The country’s foreign reserves stood at US$443.16 billion as of end-October, up US$2.6 billion from a month earlier, according to data from the Bank of Korea (BOK).

The BOK attributed the monthly increase to a rise in foreign currency deposits held by financial institutions and management profits.
