ABU DHABI, 3rd June, 2026 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed the United Arab Emirates’ full solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain and its support for the measures taken by Bahrain’s security authorities to arrest 15 operatives who were carrying out inciting directives from agents of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), establishing cells to implement the agendas of illegitimate entities, and working to spread discord and sow division within united Bahraini society.

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed the UAE’s full support for all measures undertaken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to protect its security and sovereignty, preserve its stability, and safeguard the well-being of its society.

He commended the efficiency and vigilance of Bahrain’s security services and their success in uncovering the activities of this organisation linked to IRGC and taking legal action against its members.

H.H. stressed the UAE’s categorical rejection of all forms of terrorism and organisations associated with foreign agendas, emphasising the importance of strengthening regional and international cooperation to confront such threats.

H.H. concluded by reaffirming that the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain is an integral part of the security of the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Arab states, renewing the UAE’s full support for all measures taken by Bahrain to maintain its security and stability and protect its national achievements.
