India’s National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced on Friday a few changes ahead of the National Eligibility Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG) re-examination which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 21, to ensure that it is conducted “in a manner that is fair, secure and responsive to the needs of candidates”. A duty officer at Sharjah Police’s emergency call centre rescued an expatriate woman after recognising that her insistence on “ordering pizza” was a disguised plea for help while she was being threatened at home. The Indian Embassy in the UAE announced that Alhind Tours and Travels LLC will become the sole outsourced service provider for passport, visa, and consular applications across the country from July 1.
