BHM Capital, the leading financial institution in the capital markets of the United Arab Emirates, has announced the establishment of its Consulting & AI-Enablement Department, reinforcing the company’s long-term strategy to expand its consulting capabilities and support organizations in leveraging artificial intelligence to drive innovation, improve productivity, and accelerate digital transformation.

The new department reflects BHM Capital’s belief that artificial intelligence will play a defining role in shaping the future of business by enabling smarter decision-making, greater operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Through this initiative, the company aims to deliver specialized consulting, AI advisory, and technology-enabled solutions to government, institutional, and corporate clients.

Supporting this strategic direction, BHM Capital has also been officially approved and registered as a supplier under the Consulting and Advisory Services category on the UAE Digital Procurement Platform. This registration enables the company to participate in consulting and advisory opportunities across UAE federal government entities, with the newly established department serving as the dedicated link between BHM Capital and the procurement platforms.

Mr. Hatim Al Atabani, CEO – Business & Front Office of BHM Capital, said: “Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the way organizations operate, creating new opportunities to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. At BHM Capital, we see AI as a strategic pillar of our future growth and an essential tool for creating long-term value for our clients.

The establishment of our Consulting & AI-Enablement Department reflects this vision. Combined with our recent registration on the UAE Digital Procurement Platform, the department enables us to strengthen our collaboration with federal government entities and deliver specialized consulting, advisory, and AI-enabled solutions that support the UAE’s digital transformation and innovation agenda.”

The establishment of the Consulting & AI-Enablement Department marks another step in BHM Capital’s strategy to diversify its professional services while strengthening its role as a trusted partner to government, institutional, and corporate clients. Through this initiative, the company reaffirms its commitment to supporting the UAE’s vision for innovation, artificial intelligence, and sustainable economic growth.
