The UAE Lottery has announced a major update to its Lucky Day game, confirming that draws will now be held twice a week — every Wednesday and Saturday.

The announcement was made during the live draw, marking a change from the earlier weekly format.

Under the updated schedule, players will now get two chances every week to win the top prizes:

    • Dh5 million second prize

    Lucky Chance update

The lottery also announced a change to its Lucky Chance feature. In each draw, three players will win Dh50,000 each, offering additional chances to win alongside the main draw.

Every ticket automatically comes with a Lucky Chance ID, which is entered into this draw.

The operator said ticket sales will close at 8pm, while the live draw will take place at 9.30pm.

Ticket prices remain unchanged at Dh50 per entry.

The next draw is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8 at 9.30pm, marking the start of the new twice-a-week format.

    More chances for players

With the shift to Wednesday and Saturday draws, players now have more frequent opportunities to participate and win prizes under the Lucky Day game.
