Employees across the UAE and Gulf region are paying more attention to health benefits, wellbeing, flexible working and paid leave than to headline grabbing office perks such as free food or lifestyle facilities, according to a new workplace study by NAVO.The research analyzed 2,000 employer sources including job advertisements, careers pages and LinkedIn posts, alongside more than 1,000 employee reviews and discussions from platforms including Glassdoor, Indeed, Reddit, Blind and Fishbowl. Veteran director Kuku Kohli has passed away at the age of 77. Kuku Kohli suffered a heart attack and breathed his last at Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on Tuesday.He is survived by his wife, actor Aruna Irani, and two daughters, Pooja and Karishma, from his first marriage to Rita Kohli.His final rites will take place on Wednesday. DUBAI, 26th August, 2026 (WAM) — Dubai Police has completed preparations for the 2026-2027 academic year through its School Security initiative, implementing an integrated security, traffic and awareness plan in coordination with strategic partners.
