BEIJING, 2nd July, 2026 (WAM) — China’s trade in services expanded 6 percent year on year in the first five months of 2026, with exports of travel and knowledge-intensive services reporting particularly strong growth, official data showed on Wednesday. The total value of service imports and exports reached nearly 3.1 trillion yuan (about US$455.4 billion) from January to May this year, according to data released by the Ministry of Commerce.
